I rode to Puget Sound this past summer with three things in mind: (1) Visit San Juan and Orcas Islands (only got one done this trip); (2) Visit a couple of old friends who I had not seen in sometime: Bruce S. in Poulsbo and Terry S. in Oak Harbor; and (3) Complete a shake down of the Harley. I have not had it on a long trip in several years and just had the top end done. I was planning to (and did) take it on a 4k mile trip to Monument Valley and the southwest.
